1. Booking & Payment
Your reservation is confirmed once your booking is accepted, your initial payment is received, and written confirmation is issued.
Payment Schedule
- 30% deposit: Due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
- 35% second payment: Due 60 days before departure.
- 35% final payment: Due 30 days before departure.
Bookings Made Closer to Departure
- Within 60 days of departure: Any installments already due must be paid at booking.
- Within 30 days of departure: Full payment is due at booking.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD) through our designated payment methods. Any applicable processing or currency conversion fees will be disclosed in advance.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
